Installing and signing in
Step 1: Install the app
Open Google Play on your Android phone, search for Twilper and install the app. You can also use the link in the dashboard under "Integrations" → "Twilper app for Android and iPhone".
Step 2: Sign in
Choose "Continue with Google" if you've linked Google to your account, or sign in with your license key.
Step 3: Choose your workspace
If you have several workspaces, pick the right one. Your inbox opens right away.
Setting up notifications
Step 1: Allow notifications
Allow the app to show notifications when Android asks.
Step 2: Choose your channels
Open notifications and choose per channel whether you want to be notified: website chat, email, WhatsApp and phone (missed calls, voicemail and forwarded AI questions).
Step 3: Set your preferences
Optionally only get notified about conversations assigned to you, and set quiet hours with a start and end time.
Notification settings apply per device and per workspace. "Install the app" in the checklist on "Overview" is ticked off once your device can receive notifications.
