1. Agreement

By using twilper.com or purchasing our products and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Twilper provides digital services including web development, AI solutions, WordPress plugin development, and affiliate marketing services. All projects are subject to a separate agreement with specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

3. Digital Products

Our WordPress plugins and digital products are licensed, not sold. Each product comes with its own license terms. Redistribution or resale of our products without permission is prohibited.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon per project. For digital products, payment is due at time of purchase. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built work. Twilper retains the right to use anonymized examples in our portfolio. Pre-existing code libraries and frameworks remain the property of Twilper or their respective owners.

6. TwilperChat — AI Chatbot Service Terms

The following terms apply specifically to TwilperChat, our AI chatbot widget service.

6.1 Service Description

TwilperChat provides an AI-powered chatbot widget that answers visitor questions based on your website content. The service includes a web dashboard, mobile app, WordPress plugin, and API access depending on your plan.

6.2 Fair Use

• Each plan includes a monthly message limit. Messages exceeding the limit may be throttled.
• The chatbot must not be used to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your knowledge base content.
• Automated or bot-generated chat messages that inflate usage are prohibited.

6.3 AI Limitations

TwilperChat uses AI to generate responses. While we employ anti-hallucination measures, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial advice.

6.4 Data Responsibility

As a TwilperChat user, you are the Data Controller for visitor chat data collected through your chatbot. You are responsible for informing your visitors about the chatbot's data processing in your own privacy policy.

6.5 Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6.6 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your chatbot will stop working at the end of the billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

7. Liability

Twilper's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of the Netherlands.
