Google API Services User Data Policy
El texto completo (en inglés) está en la sección 8, más abajo.
Twilper ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit twilper.com or use our services.
We may collect the following information:
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party services (hosting, payments, telephony, analytics, email, and AI) that help us operate our services, and with services a customer chooses to connect. Provider roles, processing locations, and applicable safeguards depend on the service used and are described below where relevant. Data received from Google APIs is covered by the additional commitments in section 8.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Essential storage supports website functionality and security. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel load only after you click “Accept”. Without consent, we do not send analytics or advertising events to these services. Your language and currency choice (euro or dollar) is remembered in functional cookies (NEXT_LOCALE and twilper_currency, up to one year); they contain no personal data.
After consent, these tags may process page views, interactions, browser and device details, referring pages, campaign parameters and conversion events. For a relevant purchase, Meta may receive a product or plan name, purchase amount, currency and an event ID used to deduplicate browser and server events. Campaign values such as UTM parameters, gclid and fbclid may be stored in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days. For a relevant Google Ads conversion, a hashed version of a provided email address may be sent to Google for conversion measurement. The exact cookies and retention periods depend on the enabled tags and the settings of those services.
You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom left of the site. If you withdraw consent, we stop further tracking and remove known analytics and advertising cookies where possible. You can also use your browser settings to remove or block cookies.
Twilper Chat is a shared inbox with an AI assistant for website chat, phone and WhatsApp. Website chat with AI answers and the AI phone line are in use. WhatsApp, connected mailboxes, calendar booking and the other integrations described below only process data once a workspace has switched them on. For the personal data of their own visitors and callers, the business customer using Twilper Chat is the controller and Twilper acts as its processor.
Personal data sent to these providers may be processed outside the EEA. Customers should review the linked provider terms and transfer safeguards before enabling the relevant feature. The exact subprocessor list and transfer arrangements must also be set out in the applicable data processing agreement.
Chat, call and WhatsApp data is controlled by the business that uses Twilper Chat. Visitors and callers can contact that business to request access or deletion of their data. Local chat history can be cleared by starting a new conversation in the widget.
Business customers that use Twilper Chat to process personal data on their behalf must have a separate data processing agreement signed with Twilper before that processing begins. This privacy notice is not itself a DPA. Contact [email protected] to arrange the agreement.
Customers remain responsible for choosing the mailbox, configuring access and informing their own customers. They can delete imported conversations from Twilper, but that does not delete the source messages held by their mail provider. Before using the shared inbox for another organization, the parties must have the required processor terms in place.
The owner or an administrator of a Twilper Chat workspace can connect a Google Calendar, so that the AI assistant can offer free times and book appointments in website chat, WhatsApp and on the phone. Connecting is optional and happens through Google's own consent screen. This section explains how Twilper accesses, uses, stores and shares data received from Google APIs.
openid and userinfo.email), to show which account is connected.calendar.calendarlist.readonly): the names and IDs of the calendars the account can write to, so you can choose the calendar for bookings. Without this permission only your primary calendar is offered.calendar.freebusy) for the selected calendar: only the start and end times of busy periods. Twilper does not read the titles, descriptions, attendees or locations of your events.calendar.events): Twilper creates an event for each appointment booked through Twilper and deletes that event when the appointment is cancelled. It stores the ID of each event it created. Twilper does not read, change or delete any other events. You can revoke Twilper's access at any time by disconnecting the calendar in Twilper or by removing Twilper at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. If access is removed at Google, Twilper stops booking appointments and shows that the calendar must be reconnected.
Twilper's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the Google API Services User Data Policy.
A workspace can connect a Microsoft 365 or Outlook calendar through Microsoft Graph with the delegated permissions offline_access, openid, email, profile, User.Read and Calendars.ReadWrite. Twilper uses them in the same limited way as for Google Calendar: it reads the calendar list and only the start, end and availability status of events to calculate free times, and creates and deletes the events it books. The refresh token is stored encrypted. Disconnecting in Twilper deletes the stored token; to also remove the permission at Microsoft, remove Twilper under the apps with access to your Microsoft account (or ask your organization's administrator). Microsoft user data is not sold or used for advertising.
With an API key or access token provided by the workspace, Twilper reads available times and creates or cancels bookings in Cal.com or Calendly. The key is stored encrypted and is deleted when the workspace disconnects.
When a workspace connects a CRM (such as HubSpot or Pipedrive), a team tool (such as Slack or Microsoft Teams), an automation service (such as Zapier, Make or n8n), a webhook or a webshop platform (such as Shopify or WooCommerce), Twilper sends that service the conversation and contact details the workspace has chosen to share, for example a new lead. Those services process the data under their own terms on behalf of the workspace. Credentials for these connections are stored encrypted.
This section applies specifically to the Android app Drankspel (package com.gert.drankspel_nl).
Player names, saved groups, custom cards, achievements and detailed game statistics are normally stored locally on the device. We do not use player names, card content or answers for analytics or advertising measurement.
When Multiphone is used, the chosen display names, room code and live room state are processed temporarily by our game server so participating phones can stay in sync. This live session data is used only to provide the requested game session.
Analytics is disabled by default. If a player explicitly allows measurement in the app, Drankspel may process a Firebase app instance or device identifier, a random app installation ID, approximate country, language, app version, Google Play install-referrer or campaign attribution, and gameplay funnel events such as starting a game, viewing the premium screen or completing a purchase.
We use this information to measure campaign results, understand which parts of the app are useful, diagnose the purchase funnel and prevent duplicate conversion reporting. Advertising personalization is disabled. The legal basis for this optional processing is consent.
Purchases are made through Google Play. With measurement enabled, the product ID, purchase token, order or transaction ID, price and currency may be sent to our measurement service and checked with Google Play to verify the purchase and avoid counting the same transaction more than once. Payment-card details are not received by Twilper.
Measurement data is retained only for as long as needed for reporting, fraud prevention and service improvement, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards they describe in their own privacy terms.
Allowing measurement is optional. Choosing "Continue without measurement" does not limit the game. Consent can be withdrawn at any time under Settings; this stops future analytics and campaign measurement. For access or deletion requests concerning data already collected, contact [email protected].
To protect original product imagery, Twilper may compare Vlagfabriek images with publicly accessible websites, webshops, social pages and online documents. A finding may contain a page URL, domain, public business contact details, country indication, screenshots or uploaded evidence and correspondence. Processing is limited to establishing, exercising or defending intellectual-property claims. Every potential case is reviewed by a person before contact is made; automated scores do not decide liability.
Unsuccessful technical scan logs are removed after 30 days. Closed evidence dossiers are retained for up to seven years where needed for legal claims, accounting or defence, and are then deleted with their stored evidence. Access is limited to authenticated administrators. Requests for access, correction, objection or deletion can be sent to [email protected].
