How is call usage invoiced?

Monthly in arrears through Stripe. With a subscription, usage is added to your next subscription invoice; otherwise you get a separate invoice by email. Usage below $0.50 in a month is not invoiced.

What does a call with the AI cost?

A 3-minute call with the AI assistant costs about $0.29 (inbound minutes plus AI minutes). With the premium human voice it is about $0.61.

Can I use the phone during the trial?

Yes. Phone is an add-on to your plan, paid per use, also during the trial. It is activated per workspace, including the registration a phone number requires.

How do I avoid high call costs?

Set a monthly budget ($5 to $10,000). At $25 you get an email, and at your budget the AI stops automatically; callers then go to your team or voicemail.

Why are call prices indicative?

Our provider charges in US dollars and per number type. Our prices are those rates plus 30%. The dashboard shows current prices; the invoice follows measured usage.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes, in your Twilper account. A paid plan renews each billing period until you cancel.

Do prices include VAT?

No, all prices on this page exclude VAT. The applicable VAT is shown at checkout and on your invoice.
