Recognise the caller or chat visitor by phone number or email and load contact, company and open deals from Odoo.
- 2During the conversation
Create a new contact if none exists, only after a clear "yes".
- 3After the conversation
Conversation summary as a note or activity on the contact in Odoo.

- 3Until then: send events through webhooks to Zapier or Make, or let the AI query your own system with the bot link.
