How n8n (via webhooks) works with Twilper
- 1After the conversation
Website chat events (new conversation, contact request, new lead) go to n8n; from there on to your CRM, spreadsheet or any other app.
Set up
Up and running in a few steps
- 1Create a workflow in n8n with a webhook trigger and copy its URL.
- 2Paste that URL in the Twilper dashboard under "Webhooks" for the event you want to forward.
- 3Send a test event with the test button and add the next steps in your workflow.
