Android: get the app on Google Play
Install Twilper from Google Play, sign in with your Twilper account and switch on push notifications. You can then reply to or take over conversations from your phone.
iPhone · iPad
iPhone and iPad: add Twilper to your Home Screen
There is no App Store app for iPhone and iPad. Instead you add the Twilper dashboard to your Home Screen as an app; it takes about a minute.

Open chat.twilper.com in Safari
Open Safari, go to chat.twilper.com and sign in with your Twilper account.

Tap Share
The square with the arrow pointing up. Can't see it? On newer iOS versions Share sits behind the ••• button.

Choose Add to Home Screen
Scroll down in the menu if needed, choose Add to Home Screen and tap Add.

Open Twilper and allow notifications
Open Twilper from the new icon on your Home Screen, switch on notifications and tap Allow.
Push notifications on iPhone and iPad work from iOS 16.4, and only when you open Twilper from the Home Screen.
Computer
Computer: install from your browser
Open chat.twilper.com in Chrome or Edge and click the install icon on the right of the address bar (or choose Install in the browser menu). Twilper then opens in its own window.
